Shane Nelson
Shane Nelson is an actor and screenwriter from Ontario, Canada. He is the son of a journalist from Niagara Falls, New York and an auto-worker from Amherstburg, Ontario. Shane began studying theatre as a teenager, and went on to attain his Bachelor of Fine Arts at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He has also trained internationally at the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia. Shane featured in "Hark Motors (2018)" on Comedy Central, and NBC's "Something for the Pain (2023)" , and performs consistently in film and stage productions in Toronto and Metro Detroit. Commercial work includes a feature for Hungry Howie's. As a writer Shane has worked on internal documentary content for the National Minority Supplier Development Council. In 2020, Shane launched production company Three Good Friends with Beatrix Wilson, premiering the 10 minute short film "Surface (2021)".
