Simon Dubé
Dr. Simon Dubé is a Public Scholar and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Kinsey Institute, Indiana University (Bloomington). He specializes in human sexuality, sextech, and erobotics: the study of human-machine erotic interaction and co-evolution. His work also explores space sexology - the study of extraterrestrial intimacy and sexuality - and how we can integrate sex research into space progams and exploration. Dr. Dubé completed his BSc at the Université de Montréal and his PhD at Concordia University (Montreal, QC, CA). He is a co-chair of the International Congress on Love & Sex with Robots. His doctoral work was funded by the Fonds de Recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS) and his postdoctoral research is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). He featured in nine episodes of the documentary series, Sexe+Techno, and in Rudolf and Werner Herzog's Discovery+ documentary, Last Exit: Space.
