Ben Hernandez Bray
Ben Hernandez Bray is a film and television director who was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in one of the toughest San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. He's the oldest of six children, raised by his Mother and Grandmother and is of Mexican and Irish descent. In the late 1980's his boxing skills led him into the stunt industry where he then became one of the very few successful latino stuntmen in Hollywood and eventually becoming one of the top action stunt coordinators and second unit directors, working specifically with "Smoking Aces" Joe Carnahan and "Silver Linings Playbook" David O Russell. After twenty five plus years in the industry and over one hundred fifty film and tv credits, Mr Bray made his television directorial debut in 2015 with Katie Heigl's tv series "State of Affairs" for NBC/Universal, he then went on to direct episodes for Fox/Bruckheimer, CW/Greg Berlanti and ABC/Freeform. In 2018 will be Bray's feature film debut which he co-wrote with Joe Carnahan called "El Chicano" a Mexican Super hero story about two brothers growing up in East L.A. The story was inspired and originally written by Bray 10 years earlier after losing his youngest brother to gang violence. The film is being produced by War Party Productions and Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
Ben Hibon
Ben Hibon was born in Geneva, Switzerland where he completed studies in Fine Art. He moved to London in 1996 to study Graphic Design at the Central Saint Matins College of Art and Design, followed by a Masters Degree at the same school. In 2005 Ben created in-game sequences for Killer7, Capcom's highly acclaimed video game. He also designed and directed a segment for "Tokyo Zombie," a Japanese horror film written and directed by the infamous Sakichi Sato. Ben's short film Codehunters premiered at the MTV Asia Awards 2006 held in Bangkok, Thailand. Since it's release, Codehunters has been shown in more than 50 festivals all around the world, and received nominations at the Raindance Film Festival and the Rushes Shorts Festival. It won a gold award for Best Animation at the Promax/BDA Asia awards in 2006, the Imagina Award 07 for best short film, a D&AD Nomination for Animation, and most recently the highly coveted Golden Nica award at the Prix Ars Electronica 2007. In early 2007, Sony Playstation commissioned Ben to create and direct an animated series inspired by their flagship PS3 game "Heavenly Sword". The episodes, made available weekly as a lead-up to the game's release, are also featured on the game disc as extras. In 2010, producer David Heyman and director David Yates approached Ben to design and create a very particular scene for their next movie "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallow". Ben directed the three minute long scene telling the "Tale of the Three Borthers". The fully animated sequence was produced at post production house Framestore London. Last year Ben worked closely with Zack Snyder to create a series of animated shorts based around Zack's fantasy feature "Sucker Punch". The shorts were included in the Special Edition Blu-Ray version of the film. After being picked up by talent agency William Morris Endeavor in Los Angeles, Ben has been developing numerous animation and live-action feature film projects.
