Don DiStefano
Don is a retired Detective-Sergeant from the San Francisco Bay Area city of Vallejo California. Don worked crimes against persons, developing a specialty in homicide and suspicious death investigation and is recognized as a subject matter expert by California POST. Don served on the Hostage Negotiations Team, Field Training Unit and the Solano County CA Sex Offender Task Force and the Officer Involved Fatal Incident Investigation Team. After retirement, Don relocated to Connecticut where he joined Quinnipiac University as the Director of Investigations for the Public Safety Department. Don serves on the University's Threat Assessment Team and now holds the rank of Captain. Don also serves as a Team ADAM Consultant with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where he assists law enforcement agencies with cold case reviews and critically endangered missing children investigations. Don was featured as the Investigative Consultant for the HBO series Murder on Middle Beach (2020) and is featured in a new project involving the Zodiac Serial Killer soon to be released (2024). Don is a Connecticut licensed private investigator and owner of Madison Investigative Services, LLC. Don served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps, Military Police and hold a Bachelor's degree in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.

Don Dubbins
This boyish-looking New York-born actor of film and (especially) TV was born in 1928 and signed by Columbia at the onset of his teen career. Also known as Donald Dubbins, he started off playing earnest young cadet types in the war films A um Passo da Eternidade (1953) (as a young bugler) and A Nave da Revolta (1954). It was superstar James Cagney who took a distinct liking to the rookie actor and prominently displayed him in two of his subsequent films. In Passado Perdido (1956), Dubbins played Cagney's long-lost adopted son and, in the western Honra a um Homem Mau (1956), he forms an unlikely romantic triangle with cattle boss Cagney and senorita Irene Papas. He also was at the mercy of Jack Webb's title character as a private in the Dragnet-styled military film The D.I. (1957). He subsequently played a frequent suspect on several episodes of the Dragnet 1967 (1967) series. Finishing up the 1950s, he was a part of the cast in the Jules Verne sci-fi picture Da Terra à Lua (1958). Although Dubbins never became a box office name, he certainly was a reliable asset on TV and was seen in a host of character roles over the years, not to mention a good number of smaller parts in such films as Criminosos não Merecem Prêmio (1963) and Com o Terror na Alma (1969). A character player adept at both good guys and bad guys, he retired completely in the late 1980s after filming episodes of Dinastia (1981), O Homem que Veio do Céu (1984) and Knots Landing (1979). He succumbed to cancer less than a decade later in 1991 at the age of 63.
