Having been encouraged to perform by her mother from a young age of 3, Jade immersed herself into various styles of performance including ballet, tap, modern, ballroom etc. It wasn't until the age of 16 that Jade became interested in a career in acting, after realising her dream of becoming a vet was short lived. She later went on to study a BA Hons degree in Performing Arts at Wessex Academy of Performing Arts (WAPA), where she performed in a number of productions which helped develop her skills in acting, singing and dancing. Due to the versatility within her performance skills, Jade fully committed herself into any given role and took any opportunity to overcome challenging performances. During her time in education, Jade had the privilege of working with the likes of Steven Berkoff, Instant Wit, Candoco Dance Company and Wattle & Daub Figure Theatre in a number of workshops that helped influence the direction of her career. As part of third year, Jade became a company member of the self devised group Cold Corner Productions, in which she used her skills of versatility and improvisation to produce iconic characters that both entertain the cast and audience. She is thrilled to have been apart of such a dedicated theatre company that expressed everyday needs in a new innovative way.
