Lauren Chavez-Myers
Lauren Chavez-Myers is a filmmaker, writer, actor, and proud Burqueña from New Mexico. She received her BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University while simultaneously discovering her passion for writing, directing, and giving a voice to underrepresented groups in media. After graduating, she spent eight years working in professional film, television, and theatre in New Mexico, including a two season recurring role on WGN's "Manhattan" opposite Michael Chernus. Other notable roles include "12 Strong" (opposite Michael Peña), AMC's "Better Call Saul," "The Space Between Us" (opposite Gary Oldman), and "Only the Brave." Chavez-Myers proudly served five years as the Director of Media & Marketing for the Latina-led Duke City Repertory Theatre, where she produced all of their trailers, media, and online content while also working as a member of the resident acting company. She co-wrote, produced, and starred in the feature film "Dead Billy," and has written, directed, and produced several award-winning shorts, including "Imagining Vera" which won Best Film and Best Directing at the 2014 Albuquerque 48 Hour Film Festival. She has also directed and produced three of the four LGBTQIA-friendly "Star Wars: Frankie and Jude" films, which have screened at festivals and comic cons all over the world and won numerous awards. Most recently, she wrote and produced "Enough Room," a social impact comedic short film tackling the issues of passive racism, societal expectations, and inviting authentic connections in the face of adversity -- all on a first date. As a Hispanic woman and storyteller, Chavez-Myers aims to explore the mystical and mysterious, to provide a platform for women and uplift the voices of the marginalized, and to create content that not only entertains but inspires. Chavez-Myers has several projects in development through her company Room of Req Productions. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Rick and their dog Marty McFly.

Lauren Cohan is a British-American actress and model, best known for her role as Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead (2010) and recurring roles on The Vampire Diaries (2009), Supernatural (2005), and Chuck (2007). After her film debut on Casanova (2005) as Sister Beatrice, she starred in the sequel to National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002), Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj (2006), as Charlotte Higginson. Her next role was in the 2007 film, Float (2008). In February 2010, she was cast in Death Race 2 (2010), with Sean Bean and Danny Trejo, and also the supernatural-horror film The Boy (2016), where Lauren played the main character, Greta Evans. In 2016, Cohan also appeared as Martha Wayne in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). She was born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and moved to the United Kingdom as a teen. She graduated from the University of Winchester / King Alfred's College where she studied Drama and English Literature, before touring with a theatre company she co-founded at the University. Lauren then split her time and work between London and Los Angeles, working on several films as well as some non-commercial projects.
