Barry Tomkinson

Originally from the UK (born 1970) Barry Tomkinson is an actor based in New Zealand who fulfilled a lifelong dream in 2013 by hitting the stage in his first ever acting performance. Since getting the bug Barry has performed in many local productions including those such as playing Uncle Fester in The Addams Family Musical, Teddy in Arsenic and Old Lace and Colin/Cynthia in 50 and Fabulous. Barry made his screen debut in 2014 working as an extra on Hope & Wire, since then in 2016 he appeared as an extra in The Stolen Movie (2017) and also played a Security Guard in a MY Tax TV Ad in April 2017. More recently Barry was involved in Five Kingdoms Trilogy - 1 - the Forest, playing The Prime Minister Dudley Baath. Barry has also recently wrapped his performance as DSS Wilson Hutton on Dark City - The Cleaner and is excited about what will be next...
